Order Clarity

Even if you are in rush, we want to produce your product as good as possible. For that we need your printing file ready to print until 4pm (Mon-Fri), resp. 12pm for Same Day production, of order date. That means the printing data is approved in quality and format and the payment has to be clarified (credit card, PayPal, cash when pick up, Sofortüberweisung, positive invoice audit)

The invoice request audit may take 1-2 business days and delay the production start. Immediate order clarification is given for the payment methods payment by credit card, payment when pick up and PayPal. When order clarity is given until 4pm production starts the next day (Mon-Fri), for option Same Day production starts the same day when order clarity is given until 12pm (Mon-Fri).

If you have a fixed date / deadline, please note in the comment field wehen ordering and we can contact you for scheduling, if necessary.
If there is delay because of missing or default printing data or missing payment the shipping date may postpone.
