Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated by weight - you'll find the weight declaration
below each product page. If more than one item is ordered, the system will add up the respective weights
automatically and show the shipping costs separately. All prices are net prices plus 19% VAT for orders to
Germany.
Dispatch: We disptach within Berlin, Germany, EU and also worldwide. Please feel free to pick-up your
order from our office in Berlin (Charlottenburg).
Shipping inside of Germany
Delivery Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm.
The delivery time with UPS Standard is 1-3 business days.
The delivery with UPS ExpressSaver is 1 business day between 8am and 7pm.
For delivery within Berlin we offer courier service.

EU shipping (outside of Germany)
Delivery Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm.
The delivery time with UPS is 1-4 business days.

Outside of EU
The estimated transit time is 1-7 business days between Monday and Friday.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside Germany may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. They will be due when the shipment reaches the destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no influence over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary depending on the country. For further information please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required delays may occur that exceed our original estimated shipping time.
