After placing your order you will be automatically directed to the upload area where you can upload your printing file. The file will be assigned to your order and checked automatically.
You can upload several files for all ordered products or choose the multi-printing of one motif. Via your customer account you can upload your files later. Alternatively you can provide your data via Dropbox, e-mail (up to 20MB), FTP and WeTransfer by indicating your given order number.
If there is delay because of missing or default printing data the shipping date may postpone.

An angular up to 3° to the front or back is in the technical range of tolerance. We recommend not to continue motifs for more than one banner.

Storage
Please always store and transport your rollup "Classic Premium" in the
carrying bag and cardboard box to prevent bumps and scratches. Set up your rollup regularly,
approximately every 3 months for a few hours. If the material is rolled too long, it will curl
backwards at the sides. If it is built up sometimes it will keep smooth.
Packaging and storage
Please avoid places with heat sources such as heaters or sunlight, because the glue could
liquefy and loose the adhesive strenght.
Material
The cassette is made of anodized aluminum with black aluminum caps on the sides and on the
base feet.
Bleed
Please create your print data without trim, bleed and crop marks. You will find all
information in our data sheet.

Cartridge feed
Be careful with the digital print while rolling down. The digital print should not rub
against the side caps. Otherwise the print could be damaged.
Maintenance
Wipe the print surface with a soft cloth and water, please do not use detergents.
Colour deviation
If the color compatibility is a high priority, please order a proof. This allows you to
counteract color variations and adjust them in your file.
The retractable banner stand "Classic Premium" is one of our most popular roll-ups for informative presentations with
frequent set-up and dismantling. Your motif is printed on PVC material and attached on the top side with a clamp
strip and delivered assembled ready-to-use.
The banner display has two revolving feet. For your
advertising presentation fix the banner on the rear side with a folding bar. A black padded transport bag is
included.
