This wind permeable and weatherproof mesh banner with eyelets is perfect for outdoor advertising. Custom printing and free data check in advance are included in our offer.

Starting at 2m², the perforated banner will be reinforced at the edges to ensure the eyelets won't tear out when hanging in places exposed to strong winds such as buildings sites, bridges or fences.

The material is B1 fire safety certified which allows using it at almost all indoor events such as concerts or fairs.

Manufacturing

Our banners are standardly produced with eyelets (approx. every 50cm) and hem starting at 2m².

Resolution

"dpi" means Dots Per Inch and describes for each product the resolution your print data should have for an ideal result
for example: a value of 600x600 dpi concerns to the vertical and horizontal resolution of the print and specifies the quality, which is mostly higher than the data resolution.

Print quality

4/0 CMYK UV or latex ink, 600dpi, file resolution max. 150dpi

B1 material

B1 is a fire safety classification certificate and describes the fire retardancy of the material, which is mandatory for many events and trade shows.

310g/m², Mesh / vinyl banner material, scratch resistant, opaque, B1 certified

Packaging and storage

All sizes above 100cm will be folded. All smaller dimensions will be rolled.

Example:
400 x 100cm - the banner will be delivered rolled
400 x 150cm - the banner will be delivered folded

We recommend to store and transport the banner rolled (if possible). Folded transportation and storage can result in creases and wrinkles. This can be minimized only by tightening at all sides by time.

Durability

Depends on intensity of solar radiation and place of installation: in average 2 years, in max. 4 years. In extreme cases, e.g. installation on a flat roof, 1 year.

good to know

Mounting

We recommend to mount the banner with rubber hooks or expander rope (available as accessories). Cable ties or regular ropes are not recommended due to lack of elasticity - eyelets may tear out.
