Contour and Shape Cutting

For contour cutting, we require a cut contour and bleed margin. Detailed instructions are available in the data sheet.
Processing
The cutting is done according to your desired dimensions.
Contour cutting is possible. Please inquire in advance as additional costs may apply.
Print Dimensions
Max. print width: 1.1m (short side)
Max. print length: 30m (long side)

For dimensions exceeding 1.1m width and 30m length, rectangular and cut-contour films are divided. Within these dimensions, they are produced in one piece.

Digital print CMYK latex printing (scratch-resistant), 600x600dpi,

Print Medium
Calendered 100µ PVC film with removable, gray-colored polyacrylate adhesive and air channel structure.
Optional with 70µ protective laminate matte or glossy.

Quick and easy application thanks to the air channel structure.

Durability of Printed Stickers

The color durability in digital printing is limited to a maximum of 3 years according to the ink manufacturer. This indicates the period the printed colors retain their hue. Factors such as UV exposure can affect this time frame, sometimes reducing it to 1-2 years in harsh conditions. Differences will be noticeable if reordering using the same file after this period.
Durability
Indoors: up to 3 years. Outdoors: up to 2 years, depending on sunlight exposure, or 1 year in extreme conditions like rooftop installations.

Good to Know


Minimum Size
The minimum size per piece is 0.5m². Orders below this value are possible but will be manually adjusted. Please inquire for smaller sizes in advance.
Installation
Dry installation only. Easy to apply as air can escape through microchannels.

We recommend (non-binding) installation by professionals and partial foiling up to 50% of glass surfaces. Full foiling on composite glass is not allowed as it may cause glass breakage. Contact us for further questions.
Care
The sticker can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth without cleaning agents.
Cutting Areas
For large divided designs, the parts are produced with a 5mm overlap, allowing for a double cut during application. Instructions can be found here.

IMPORTANT
If you need a specific division point, please create files in separate segments with a 5mm overlap and an additional 3mm bleed margin around the edges. Without specific instructions, division will be optimized by us.
Color Variations
To verify color reproduction, we recommend a test print on original material as a 1:1 DIN A3-sized excerpt.


Applying large-format adhesive films is now particularly easy. Bubble-free dry application is possible with the Bubblefree Monomer adhesive film. Thanks to the air channels in the film, air escapes during application. The Bubblefree adhesive film is suitable for short-term applications and can be easily removed.


A contour cut is available on request (extra charge).
